Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 13, 2026. Please review the platform guidelines, subscription rules, and our non-refundable policy terms below.
1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to OS TrueTime. By creating a tenant workspace, downloading our desktop tracking agent, or accessing our manager console, you (acting on behalf of your organization as a Company Admin, or accessing the services as a designated Employee) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately suspend workspace operations and uninstall the desktop tracking agent.
2. User Accounts & Licensing
Company administrators are solely responsible for managing account access, purchasing sufficient seat licenses, and ensuring that temporary user credentials provided to employees are updated immediately upon first sign-in. You agree to maintain active security compliance over all generated user sessions and API tokens issued to your tracking clients.
3. Subscription & Billing Rules
SaaS subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual schedule in the selected currency (defaulting to INR, with options for USD and EUR). Seat licenses and storage metrics are dynamically audited. Invoices are generated automatically and stored in your workspace billing ledger. Pro-rated charges apply immediately to any increased seat limits requested during an active billing cycle.
4. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy
Critical NoticeAll payments made to OS TrueTime—including monthly or annual subscription fees, custom enterprise contract payments, and additional seat license fees—are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the immediate allocation of server database shards, S3 file structures, and automated ingestion pipelines upon licensing, we do not offer refunds, credits, or cash-backs for unused seats, partial subscription months, plan downgrades, or temporary service suspensions. If you cancel your plan, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
5. Telemetry & Obfuscation Boundaries
OS TrueTime processes employee keyboard/mouse event frequency rates and blurred screenshot telemetry logs. The Company Admin warrants that they will comply with all regional labor guidelines, including the IT Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 in India, by obtaining explicit, informed consent from all tracked staff. The platform enforces client-side hardware blurring locally in memory, ensuring plain-text screens are never transmitted.
6. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OS TrueTime, its directors, or its development team be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, ClickHouse data purging, or screen capture failures. The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OS TrueTime from any disputes arising between employers and employees regarding timesheet reports, manual adjustments, or geofencing telemetry.
